Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (ebooks, audiobooks, bundles with digital files only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital titles. If a digital product hasn't met your expectations within 30 days of purchase, email hello@drwallachlibrary.com with your order number and we will process a full refund within 3 business days. Because digital titles are delivered as files, you keep the downloaded copies regardless of the refund decision — no return required.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (paperback books, bundles containing paperbacks)

We accept returns on paperback books within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@drwallachlibrary.com with your order number. Books must be returned in original, unmarked condition. The customer covers return shipping. Once we receive the returned books and confirm condition, we issue the refund within 5 business days. A 15% restocking fee applies to physical returns to cover handling and re-processing.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your paperback order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact hello@drwallachlibrary.com with photos (if damaged) and we will replace or refund at our discretion.

This policy is offered as a courtesy and does not affect your statutory rights under California law.
